Adopted Children Gatherings: “Listening to Our Voices”

Adoption carries a myriad of emotions, experiences, and unique reflections. It’s a journey that, though shared with many, feels deeply personal. For all those who, like me, have walked this path, I have a special invitation.

Hello, I’m Florencia Lalor, an adopted child and Psychologist specialized in Adoption, with expertise in Clinical Psychology. For years, I felt an urgent need to connect with other adopted children, to exchange stories and understand that I wasn’t alone on this journey. The chance came in my adulthood, and what I discovered was transformative.

That’s why I’ve crafted a space dedicated to us: Adoptive Children’s Meeting: Listening to Our Voices”.

Gathering Details:

• 1st Gathering: August 24th, 2019.
• 2nd Gathering: September 7th, 2019.

Please note that there is a fee for this activity, and spaces are limited, ensuring an intimate environment suitable for sharing.

The aim of these meetings is to share life experiences and, from my professional stance, provide a safe space to address close-to-heart issues: the fear of abandonment, the constant need to please, the quest for our origins, and the microaggressions we face throughout our lives.
